Jack is the Managing Partner and founder of Capstream Partners, directing the firm’s strategic expansion across private credit architecture, loan advisory, and large-scale transaction mandates. He brings a distinct international background anchored in the Singapore executive recruitment sector, where he worked in international recruitment firms—specializing in the renewable energy and infrastructure industries.
Throughout his tenure in Singapore's highly competitive energy markets, Jack advised multinational corporations and cross-border commercial entities on talent acquisition, market penetration strategies, and human capital deployment. His execution in this sector facilitated key touchpoints and institutional exposure to Private Equity (PE) funds and global asset managers deploying capital into regional infrastructure. This foundational expertise in market origination, complex stakeholder management, and institutional mapping allows Capstream Partners to successfully source, structure, and execute off-market private credit and high-ticket transaction advisory mandates with absolute discretion.
