Justin Quek
Board Advisor - Corporate Finance/M&A/Real Assets
Justin is a seasoned corporate finance leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as Founder and CEO of SG Success Zone, One Vision Holdings, and the BOVEAP-licensed agency One Vision Realty, specializing in corporate solutions, fundraising, and real estate. Concurrently, as a Director at Semarak Renewable Energy, he drives large-scale green energy initiatives, notably leading the launch of a USD 400 million green hydrogen production facility in Perak alongside ongoing developments in Kelantan and Negeri Sembilan.
His executive track record spans senior financial leadership across top-tier public-listed corporations in property development, energy, and infrastructure. Mr. Justin has held C-suite and senior executive roles, including Managing Director of Group Finance at Tropicana Corporation Berhad, Group CFO at TS Law Holdings, and CFO across Hengyuan Refining Company, GuocoLand (Malaysia), Tower REIT, and Mah Sing Group. His strategic planning and financial governance also extend to the oil and gas sector through key posts such as General Manager, Group Performance & Planning at Sapura Energy and Financial Controller at Leighton Offshore, built on a solid decade-long foundation at Sunway Construction, Cairnhill Metrology, and DFK International.
A certified financial professional, he holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor’s in Accountancy (First Division Honours) from the University of Bolton. Throughout her career, she has directed asset operations, optimized market yields, and managed luxury portfolios across major international brands and independent properties—including senior leadership tenures with Marriott International,, YTL Hotels, and Ascott Group.
Her extensive experience in navigating the operational complexities, revenue management systems, and financial structures of high-value hotel properties provides Capstream Partners with unassailable industry insight. In her advisory capacity, Sharon delivers critical technical perspective and strategic oversight during large-scale commercial real estate originations, asset positioning, and hospitality transaction advisory mandates.

Jack is the Managing Partner and founder of Capstream Partners, directing the firm’s strategic expansion across private credit architecture, loan advisory, and large-scale transaction mandates. He brings a distinct international background anchored in the Singapore executive recruitment sector, where he worked in international recruitment firms—specializing in the renewable energy and infrastructure industries.
Throughout his tenure in Singapore's highly competitive energy markets, Jack advised multinational corporations and cross-border commercial entities on talent acquisition, market penetration strategies, and human capital deployment. His execution in this sector facilitated key touchpoints and institutional exposure to Private Equity (PE) funds and global asset managers deploying capital into regional infrastructure. This foundational expertise in market origination, complex stakeholder management, and institutional mapping allows Capstream Partners to successfully source, structure, and execute off-market private credit and high-ticket transaction advisory mandates with absolute discretion.

Theresa is the General Counsel at Capstream Partners, overseeing the firm’s legal frameworks, corporate governance, and regulatory risk management across all private credit and transaction advisory mandates. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Essex and brings extensive cross-border experience anchored in Singapore's highly regulated corporate ecosystem.
Specializing in employment law, labor regulations, and corporate compliance frameworks across multiple Asian markets, Theresa has a proven track record of advising international firms on corporate risk management, ethical business practices, and legal alignment. Her deep operational history in Singapore's commercial sector equips Capstream Partners with a sophisticated, legally sound foundation. In her role, she ensures that complex capital structures, multi-million dollar asset disposals, and cross-border deal originations are executed with strict adherence to regional regulatory standards, providing institutional partners and asset owners with unassailable transaction security and discretion.
